Who We Are

Healthcare Integrated Systems, founded by Gary Burgess, opened its doors in 1993 with only one consultant. Within a year the company expanded to eleven senior consultants deployed to meet the interface development needs of hospitals across the country. 

Because of our strong focus in healthcare we are true results oriented experts in the business of making hospital ancillary and external systems  “talk” to one another. We were literally among the first to help hospitals and other healthcare facilities transition into the integration age of data exchange!

Today, after more than twenty years of EXCELLENCE in the healthcare industry, adjusting and evolving in the efforts to create interoperable healthcare infrastructure, HIS remains committed to superior customer service and reliable user support ― We Are Accessible!
